Norton 4000 / 8000 Grit Waterstones

Norton Waterstones are an excellent system for sharpening straight razors, woodworking tools, knives, cutlery and other blades. The 4000 grit is a unique sharpening stone. Although it's a fine grit, it is designed to cut - not polish. It leaves a refined edge that can be brought to a mirror finish quickly on the 8000 grit stone. Use the 4000 grit side before the final polishing, for a more consistent, longer lasting edge. 8" x 3" x 1"
